SAI documents the whole structure from the air: spire surface, finial and cross mounting, louvers and vents, masonry and wood joints at each transition, lightning protection cable and attachment points, and the flashing where the steeple meets the roof.
The deliverable includes an interactive 3D model you can rotate and zoom in a browser. Thin details like finials, railings, and crockets are captured with a technique that holds fine geometry, so the vestry can look at the structure without climbing it, and can look again next year to compare.

Where this stops
- SAI reports what is visible. Findings on structural members, anchorage, or lightning protection continuity are referred to a licensed structural engineer or an LPI-certified inspector. The report says what was seen, never what the structure can bear.
