Our Founder
Dr. Adam Pierce
A U.S. Army veteran with a doctorate in organizational leadership, Dr. Pierce founded Sentinel Aerial Inspections to bring military precision and discipline to commercial drone operations. After serving his country, he transitioned into unmanned aerial systems — combining his leadership experience with cutting-edge technology to deliver inspection and imaging services that clients can trust.
As a FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone pilot, Dr. Pierce personally oversees every mission. His background in systematic planning, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making ensures that every flight is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Sentinel Aerial is a division of Faith & Harmony LLC, headquartered in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia.
