Property managers, construction teams, and facility owners receive imagery and documentation scoped around the areas they need to review. Mapping is quoted individually after reviewing the site, intended use, and required outputs.
What's Included
Visual Exterior Capture
Aerial overview and detail imagery of accessible, visible areas. Coverage is agreed before capture and any gaps are documented.
Custom Orthomosaic Mapping
Overlapping imagery processed into a site map when suitable for the project. Resolution, coverage, and positioning limitations are reported with the output.
Annotated Documentation
Selected images labeled to help your team locate visible observations and compare conditions. Interpretation and specialist decisions remain with the appropriate professional.
Agreed File Formats
Photo sets and mapping products delivered in the formats agreed for your review or GIS workflow. Optional outputs depend on capture suitability and processing scope.
Where this stops
- This service documents visible conditions. It does not diagnose hidden defects, certify structural condition, or provide engineering or regulatory conclusions.
- Thermal imaging is not currently available. Current aircraft capture visual imagery.
- Mapping products are not land surveys or certified boundary products. Ground resolution is not a guarantee of absolute positional accuracy.

Deliverables, processing time, and delivery date are agreed in the project quote.

Repeat Visits
